The following information will be required at the time of the call:

  1. PennStro’s trailer #
  2. Name of the account
  3. Location/Full address where service is needed
  4. Tire size (if applicable)
  5. Wheel position needing service (if applicable)
  6. Nature of the problem (Mechanical, Reefer, etc.)
  7. Driver/Customer callback number
