If your trailer breaks down, call our road assist partner FleetNet at 1-800-972-8872.
The following information will be required at the time of the call:
- PennStro’s trailer #
- Name of the account
- Location/Full address where service is needed
- Tire size (if applicable)
- Wheel position needing service (if applicable)
- Nature of the problem (Mechanical, Reefer, etc.)
- Driver/Customer callback number
